Model issues and repair guidance
Test the small sled at its top inlet before blaming the telescopic wand. Good suction directs attention to a collapsed hose cuff, wand obstruction, floor-tool neck, or leaking joint; weak suction directs inspection to the paper bag, holder, prefilter, lid catch, and body seal. A parked tool with poor pickup may have a blocked neck, not a drive fault. With the path open, a silent canister follows plug, fixed cord, switch, thermal path, fan, and motor.Test at the top inlet before the hose and telescopic wand. Good pull isolates cuff, wand, floor-tool neck, or joint leak; weak pull points to bag, holder, prefilter, lid catch, and seal. The passive tool has no drive. No start follows cord, switch, fan, and motor.
