Model issues and repair guidance

Start at the removable cleanout port when the floor nozzle leaves debris but the rear wand still pulls. Clear that port and the base duct, then inspect the belt, roller ends, bristles, and nozzle setting; weak suction at the wand moves the repair to the stretch hose, paper-bag throat, filters, and front-door seal. On the power-wand variant, test its connection without confusing it with the carpet-base drive. A silent frame follows cord, switch, protector, fan, and motor.Good rear-wand suction with poor floor pickup sends service to cleanout, base duct, belt, roller ends, bristles, and setting. Weak wand pull points to hose, bag throat, filters, and door seal. Test a fitted power wand separately before cord and motor checks.
