Model issues and repair guidance

Separate the motorized hand nozzle from the side-hose branch. Good suction through the hose with poor fabric pickup points to hair around the wide roller, bound end caps, belt slip, or the powered-nozzle drive; weak suction in both modes directs attention to the bottom-empty cup, filter, shared inlet, and seals. A slide-out brush that works only at one hose angle needs cuff and hose inspection. With moving parts free, no start follows cord, switch, wiring, fan, and motor.Compare side-hose suction with the motorized hand nozzle. Good hose pull isolates roller hair, end caps, belt, or head drive; weak pull in both modes points to cup, filter, inlet, and seals. Angle-sensitive hose loss adds cuffs; no start follows cord, switch, fan, and motor.
