Model issues and repair guidance
The snap-on tools contain no powered roller, so compare suction with every attachment removed. Restored pull identifies lint in a crevice tip, upholstery opening, or front neck; continued weakness directs service to the small dust cup, filter, cup rim, and motor inlet. Check that the cup locks without pinching its gasket, since a tiny leak matters on this short path. If the palm-size motor is silent, inspect plug, cord entry, slide switch, terminals, fan, and motor.Remove all passive tools and test at the front inlet. Restored pull locates lint in a tip or neck; weak pull points to cup, filter, rim, and motor inlet. Confirm the cup does not pinch its gasket. No start follows plug, cord entry, switch, fan, and motor.
