Model issues and repair guidance

Open the lower cleanout before assuming the self-adjusting nozzle needs parts. Strong rear-hose suction with poor carpet pickup keeps the obstruction, belt, roller ends, and brush height in the base; weak pull moves through the bag inlet, paper bag, filters, hose bend, and door gasket. Inspect a fitted power wand separately. A heat shutdown requires bag and blockage checks before the reset, cord, switch, fan, or motor.Open the lower cleanout, then compare rear-hose suction with floor pickup. Strong hose pull isolates base blockage, belt, roller ends, and brush height; weak pull points to bag inlet, bag, filters, hose bend, and gasket. Clear airflow before reset or electrical service.
