Pull the handle wand first to decide whether weak pickup begins in the floor base or cyclonic path. Strong wand suction moves to the height dial, nozzle duct, belt, brush ends, and roller wear; weak suction moves through the rear hose, cup screen, filters, and seals. A fitted turbo tool depends on hose airflow and should be cleared apart from the carpet roller. No power follows cord, switch, protector, fan, and motor after both brushes turn freely.Strong handle-wand suction with weak floor pickup isolates height dial, nozzle duct, belt, brush ends, and roller wear; weak wand pull points to rear hose, cup screen, filters, and seals. Clear any air-driven hand tool separately before electrical checks.
