Model issues and repair guidance

There is no driven brush beneath the hard-floor head, so start with the swivel nozzle throat and cup airway. Remove the nozzle and compare suction at the body; weak pull there calls for emptying the cup, clearing the filter screen, checking the filter and exhaust path, and seating every seal. A damp or folded microfiber pad can increase push effort without reducing motor suction. After a thermal stop, clear the airway and cool the unit before checking cord, switch, and motor.Remove the passive swivel nozzle and compare body suction. Weak pull points to cup, screen, filter, exhaust, and seals. A damp or folded microfiber pad affects push effort, not brush drive. After thermal stop, open the airway before checking cord, switch, and motor.
