Read the crown indicator as a restriction warning, then remove the hose to compare suction at the tub. A normal body test moves blockage checks through hose, wand, and power-nozzle neck; a weak test keeps the cone, flat disc, tub gasket, fan, and main motor in view. If the nozzle alone is dead, clean the brush ends and inspect its belt, reset, wand contacts, and handle switch. One owner described a no-start switch fault, supporting that branch without proving a rate.Use the crown light while comparing body suction with hose and nozzle flow.
