Model issues and repair guidance

Begin short runtime with an empty cup, clean filter, open tube, and freely turning floor brush so airflow or roller drag does not mimic a weak pack. Next verify the wall charger, rear battery latch, contacts, and charge indicator before judging capacity. If suction runs but the roller stops, clear its inlet and end caps, then inspect the head drive and wiring. This battery machine has no mains cord, reel, bag, or flexible-hose repair branch.Clear cup, filter, tube, nozzle, and roller ends before timing runtime. Then verify charger output, rear pack seating, contacts, and indicator. A running suction motor with a still brush moves to the head drive and wiring, not a cord repair.
