Model issues and repair guidance

This PB11-equipped canister sends bag and twin-filter airflow to the body motor while a separate electric hose and belt drive the head. Separate the canister motor from the floorhead before parts are replaced. Restore the bag-to-hose air path, then seat hose, wand, and nozzle electrical plugs in sequence. A stalled roller follows obstruction and belt checks; intermittent body power follows the plug, reel, cord, and switch.Keep bag and filter flow apart from PB11 hose power, belt, brush, and reel faults. Clear bag, filters, hose, and lid seal before testing the electric head. Cord-position shutdown belongs to the reel path; carpet-only loss belongs to brush, belt, and powerhead.
