Model issues and repair guidance
Open the handle's integrated crevice brush and inspect its channel when tool pickup falls, because debris can remain hidden at that junction. The switchable floorhead is driven only by airflow, so a floor complaint calls for nozzle, wand, hose, cup, filter, and lid-seal checks rather than belt or powerhead service. Test mains continuity only after the 2.5-liter cup is seated and the short air path is open.Trace nozzle, wand, hose, cup, filters, and canister inlet. The passive floor tool excludes belt and powerhead work; test cord, switch, fan, and motor only after airflow passes. Open the handle's integrated crevice brush when checking for trapped debris.
