Model issues and repair guidance

Separate pickup at the stick from evacuation at its charging station. The bin, filter, wand, and floorhead come before station bag, inlet, seals, and transfer duct; diagnose charge contacts and battery only after both air paths are open and the roller turns freely. A bag-full indication belongs to the charging stand, not the stick's filter. Check the auto-empty inlet and bag seal before treating incomplete evacuation as suction-motor loss.Treat stick and auto-empty station as separate air paths. Clear bin, filter, tube, and roller, then inspect station bag, inlet, seals, transfer duct, and charge contacts. A bag-full indication belongs to the charging stand, not the stick's filter.
