A no-start or heat-related cutout should be retested with an open air path before cord, switch, fan, or motor diagnosis. Reseat the top-release dual-cyclone cup before checking its lower seal. Compare suction at the quick-release hose handle with the swivel base to localize a blockage.Reseat the top-release dual-cyclone cup and inspect its lower seal before measuring pickup.
