Model issues and repair guidance

Split weak pickup among the bin and filters, the tube, and the powered nozzle. A roller that stops while handheld suction remains belongs in brush, head-joint, or nozzle-drive diagnosis; short runtime needs a battery and charger test kept separate from heat shutdown caused by restricted airflow. Test both dirt-cup emptying openings for a complete seal after service. If the LED head stops alone, inspect its roller and neck contacts before the handheld motor.Clear bin, filters, tube, and head airway first. If handheld suction remains while the roller stops, isolate brush and head drive; test battery and charger after cooldown. Test both dirt-cup emptying openings for a complete seal after service.
