Reseat the two-liter cup and inspect its seal before considering the pod motor or electrical controls.Test the pod and floor base separately. Shared weak pickup points to cup, filters, and hose; lower-only trouble points to duct, brush, drive, or pod connection, then mains power. Compare the pod docked and removed; lower-only loss stays in its sensing head or base airway.
