Model issues and repair guidance

Use lift-off mode to separate body suction from the lower base. Weak pickup in both modes starts at cup, filters, hose, and shared inlet; normal detached suction moves diagnosis to the base airway, brush roll, belt or head drive, and pod connection. Only after both paths pass should cord, switch, control, or suction-motor work be selected. Lift the pod away from the ribbed anti-wrap head to compare suction routes.Test the pod and floor base separately. Shared weak pickup points to cup, filters, and hose; lower-only trouble points to duct, brush, drive, or pod connection, then mains power. Lift the pod away from the ribbed anti-wrap head to compare suction routes.
