Model issues and repair guidance

Confirm that the three-position height dial actually raises and lowers the nozzle before blaming its brush drive for poor carpet pickup. Clear the base opening, cup inlet, filters, and rear hose as separate air-path sections. The long crevice tool can trap debris while stored on the back, so remove it during inspection; then follow a stopped roller through brush freedom, belt condition, and lower duct.Verify that the three-position dial moves the nozzle, then clear base opening, cup inlet, filters, and hose. Remove the stored crevice tool to check its channel before tracing a stopped roller through brush and belt.
