Model issues and repair guidance
Divide weak pickup among the handheld body, tube, and powered nozzle. Clear the bin, filters, and each airway before judging a roller, battery, control, or motor. The dual-brush head needs each roller and its shared inlet checked independently. Normal handheld pull with one stalled roller points to that roller's supports or head drive, not the rear battery.Test body, tube, and powered head separately; clear bin, filters, and airway before brush drive, battery, or charger checks. Check both head rollers and their shared inlet separately; one stalled roller with normal body suction stays in the head before rear-battery tests.
