Model issues and repair guidance
Divide the machine into canister airflow, the hose-and-wand path, and electric floorhead drive. Reseat the bag and filters before tracing a head-only fault through roller, belt, connectors, and overload protection. Use the body display only after checking bag seating and the complete hose path; if inlet suction is sound, inspect the L-shaped nozzle, wand pins, and head overload before its control electronics.Test canister suction before the powered nozzle; shared loss starts at bag and airflow, while head-only loss stays with brush, belt, and conductors. After bag and hose checks, normal body suction moves tests to nozzle roller, wand pins, overload, and controls.
