Weakness in both modes starts at the cup, filter, and shared inlet; lower-only loss stays with the brush and head connection. The brush-clean pedal can cut surface wrap but cannot clear packed end supports or a blocked nozzle throat. Remove and turn the roller before judging lower-head power or the integrated battery.Use the removable body to separate airflow from floorhead trouble before testing charging, battery, switch, or motor. Do not rely on the brush-clean pedal for packed ends; remove and turn the roller, clear the throat, then test lower-head power and battery.
