Model issues and repair guidance

Service both the top pre-filter and rear post-filter, allowing each to dry fully, before diagnosing heat shutdown. The later de-tangling head is checked at its removable brush and electrical joint, while the screw-retained battery follows only after the bin inlet and wand pass an airflow test. Confirm the affected section before replacing a sealed assembly.Wash and fully dry both filters before heat diagnosis. Clear bin inlet and wand, free the later de-tangling brush, then test the screw-retained pack and charger. Confirm the affected section before parts.
