Model issues and repair guidance

Dry pickup follows the rear filter, bin inlet, wand and whichever dry head is installed. Liquid stays in the software-matched wet head, so inspect its tank, roller and waste tray for a flow or leak complaint; do not substitute a dry-body, filter or ordinary cleaner-head repair when only wet collection has changed. Keep dry airflow and liquid handling as separate tests.Use filter, bin, wand and fitted dry head for suction loss. Use the matched wet head's tank, roller and waste tray for flow or leaks; keep liquid from the dry body. Keep dry and liquid paths separate.
