Model issues and repair guidance

The compact lower duct and internal hose should be checked when wand suction remains but the floor path fades. Free the brush and inspect the cleaner-head electrical connection before body power; this head does not use the exposed stretch-belt service of earlier wheeled uprights, so belt replacement is excluded. Keep floor drive and whole-machine power as separate tests.Compare wand and floor suction, then inspect compact lower duct, internal hose, brush and head connector. Exclude the exposed stretch-belt path used on older designs. Separate floor drive from whole-machine power.
