Model issues and repair guidance
Service both washable filter positions before judging heat shutdown, then compare hose suction with the lightweight floorhead. A floor-only loss belongs to the lower hose, brush chamber or electrical head connection; the brush drive is not the conventional user stretch belt found on older clutched machines. Keep floor drive and whole-machine power as separate tests.Service both filters, then compare hose with floor pickup. Lower-only loss stays with lower hose, brush and electrical head; do not apply an older clutch-belt repair. Separate floor drive from whole-machine power.
