Model issues and repair guidance
A floor-only loss should move through the self-adjusting head, brush chamber, lower internal hose and head connector while wand suction is checked as the control. If both modes are weak, reseat the bin and service the filters before the motor; a head that stops is electrical rather than a user stretch-belt path. Keep floor drive and whole-machine power as separate tests.Use wand suction as the control. Floor-only loss stays with self-adjusting head, brush and lower hose; both-mode loss starts at bin and filters, not a stretch belt. Separate floor drive from whole-machine power.
