Model issues and repair guidance
The floor tool uses a wipe-pad and slim passive roller, not a powered carpet brush. Check its channel, wand, fine-dust collector, inlet flap and single filter for pickup loss; before battery replacement, identify the release-catch Type A or screw-retained Type B branch from the machine itself. Keep passive floor pickup separate from cordless power.Treat the wipe-pad and slim roller as passive: no belt or powerhead. Clear wand, collector, inlet flap and filter, then identify Type A or Type B battery retention. Keep passive pickup and cordless power separate.
