Model issues and repair guidance

On the compact ball chassis, a kinked lower internal hose or restricted head neck can mimic motor loss. Compare the wand with the floor inlet, then inspect the small brush assembly and electrical head connection; wash and dry the filter set before opening the body for a fault present in both modes. Keep floor drive and whole-machine power as separate tests.Compare wand and floor inlet on the compact body. Inspect lower internal hose, head neck, brush and connector; service filters before body work for both-mode loss. Separate floor drive from whole-machine power.
