Model issues and repair guidance
A full-size ball body can retain wand suction while the lower changeover duct, internal hose or powered head loses pickup. Use that comparison before motor work, then clear the brush chamber and inspect the head connector. Bin and washable filters lead only when suction is reduced at both wand and floor. Keep floor drive and whole-machine power as separate tests.Use wand suction to isolate lower changeover duct, internal hose and powered head. If both modes weaken, begin at bin and washable filters before the motor. Separate floor drive from whole-machine power.
