Model issues and repair guidance
The compact turbine head spins only when airflow reaches it, so test at the body, short hose and wand before opening the brush chamber. Service both washable filters for whole-path loss; the retractable cord is a separate mechanical reel, and this configuration has no electric powerhead or powered-hose circuit. Keep turbine airflow, cord reel and mains power separate.Test compact body, hose and wand before the air-driven turbine brush. Service both filters, keep reel separate, and exclude electric powerhead diagnosis. Separate turbine, reel and mains power.
