Model issues and repair guidance
Motorhead and turbine packages require different floor-tool diagnosis. First verify suction at the canister, hose and wand; only the electric branch continues through powered connections, brush motor and internal belt, while the turbine branch stays in the air path. Diagnose the cord reel apart from both. Keep powered-head, cord-reel and mains faults separate.Choose powered or turbine branch, then test canister, hose and wand. Only Motorhead adds electrical path and internal belt; test the cord reel separately. Separate powered head, reel and mains faults.
