Model issues and repair guidance
A stopped floor brush with normal body suction should be traced through the powered hose, wand contacts, head motor and internal belt. Weak suction at the canister inlet instead begins at bin, filters and seals before the motor. A non-retracting cord remains a reel fault and should not be folded into the Motorhead circuit. Keep powered-head, cord-reel and mains faults separate.Normal body suction with a stopped brush points through powered hose, wand, head motor and belt. Airflow starts at bin and filters; diagnose reel separately. Separate powered head, reel and mains faults.
