Model issues and repair guidance
The slim chassis uses a separately powered brush assembly. With hose suction intact, inspect its narrow lower duct, brush bearings and head connection; with both paths weak, clear the bin inlet and washable filter first. Manufacturer parts are retired, so confirm the exact head or hose before sourcing legacy stock. Keep floor drive and whole-machine power as separate tests.Normal hose suction points to narrow lower duct, brush or powered-head connection. Both-mode loss starts at bin and filter; verify exact retired parts before sourcing. Separate floor drive from whole-machine power.
