Model issues and repair guidance
Select the motorised or non-motorised branch before diagnosing poor pickup. Both use the direct tool opening, bin, seal and washable pre-filter, but only one adds a powered brush circuit. Once airflow and tool fit pass, check the charging cradle, removable pack and switch; manufacturer service is retired. Keep powered-tool drive separate from body power.Choose motorised or passive branch first. Clear direct tool, bin, seal and pre-filter; apply brush checks only when fitted, then test cradle, battery and switch. Separate tool drive from body power.
