Model issues and repair guidance

The Clean Air turbine head has no powered hose or electric head motor: test canister suction, then hose, wand, turbine inlet and brush bearings in order. Wash and dry both filters for whole-path loss; handle a cord that will not retract within the reel, not as a cause of weak floor agitation. Keep turbine airflow, cord reel and mains power separate.Test canister, hose, wand, turbine inlet and brush bearings in order; there is no powered-hose circuit.
