Model issues and repair guidance

A rotating-head complaint depends on airflow through the turbine, so test suction at the body, hose and wand before opening the brush chamber. Check the self-righting body's bin seal and washable filter for whole-system loss; a cord that will not retract belongs to the reel, not to the passive turbine tool. Keep turbine airflow, cord reel and mains power separate.Test body, hose and wand before the air-driven turbine brush. Check bin seal and filter for whole-path loss, and diagnose cord retraction separately from floor pickup. Separate turbine, reel and mains power.
