Model issues and repair guidance

The self-adjusting soleplate must move and seal before a heavy-push or poor-floor-pickup complaint is assigned to the motor. Compare hose and floor modes, inspecting the lower internal hose and cleaner-head connection when wand suction remains; bin seating and the filter path come first when both modes weaken. Keep floor drive and whole-machine power as separate tests.Verify the self-adjusting soleplate and lower hose, then compare wand and floor suction. Floor-only loss stays with head connection; both-mode loss starts at bin and filters. Separate floor drive from whole-machine power.
