Model issues and repair guidance

Test the tool inlet apart from the floorhead before opening the body. Shared weakness points to bag, filters, and main airway, while a base-only symptom belongs to the nozzle channel, roller, belt, or height setting. Identify whether the plain back or tool-rack back is fitted before tracing airflow; on the tool version, a hose or inlet-cap leak can weaken the self-adjusting floor base.Use tool suction to split the body from the carpet base, then clear the lower tube and inspect roller supports and belt. Identify the plain or tool-rack back first; on tool versions, include the hose and inlet cap in floor-suction tests.
