Model issues and repair guidance

Use the onboard hose to divide body airflow from the carpet base. Clear the bag and filter path first, then inspect the lower tube, brush supports, and belt if tool suction remains stronger than floor pickup. The stretch hose and metal wand provide a diagnostic bypass around the self-adjusting base; good tool suction shifts attention to the lower hose, roller ends, and belt rather than bag or motor.Use tool suction to split the body from the carpet base, then clear the lower tube and inspect roller supports and belt. Good suction through the stretch hose and wand shifts floor-only loss to the lower hose, roller ends, and belt.
