Model issues and repair guidance
Use the onboard hose to divide body airflow from the carpet base. Clear the bag and filter path first, then inspect the lower tube, brush supports, and belt if tool suction remains stronger than floor pickup. Set the manual nozzle height before comparing the telescopic wand and floor pickup; a wrong setting can imitate belt slip or weak suction without a blocked bag path.Use tool suction to split the body from the carpet base, then clear the lower tube and inspect roller supports and belt. Set manual nozzle height before comparing telescopic-wand and floor pickup, so height error is not mistaken for belt slip.
