Model issues and repair guidance

Divide weak pickup among the handheld body, tube, and powered nozzle. Clear the bin, filters, and each airway before judging a roller, battery, control, or motor. For a sensor message, remove hair and lint from the straight tube's connecting piece before cleaning the sensor. A safety or thermal code requires cooldown plus airway and bin checks before the slide-on pack is replaced.Compare direct body suction with the tube and floorhead, then test nozzle drive and cordless power only after cooldown. Clear the tube connector before cleaning the sensor; check cooldown, airway, bin, and battery temperature before replacing the pack for a thermal code.
