Model issues and repair guidance

Remove the hand unit to divide body suction from the lower floor assembly. Weakness in both modes starts at the cup, filter, and shared inlet; lower-only loss stays with the brush and head connection. Inspect the contact pair between the removable hand unit and lower body before battery service. A white or red charging indicator should be read only after the supplied cable, ambient temperature, cup, filter, and powered brush pass.Compare the detached hand unit with floor mode; shared loss starts at cup and filter, while lower-only loss stays with brush and contacts. Clean the hand-unit and lower-body contacts, then use charge indication after cable, temperature, cup, filter, and powered-brush checks.
