Model issues and repair guidance

Remove the hand unit to divide body suction from the lower floor assembly. Weakness in both modes starts at the cup, filter, and shared inlet; lower-only loss stays with the brush and head connection. Cycle the folding handle through its latch positions without confusing hinge play with lost suction. Clean the contacts between hand unit, stick body, and floor-or-wall charger before treating charge indication as battery failure.Use the removable body to separate airflow from floorhead trouble before testing charging, battery, switch, or motor. Check folding-handle latches separately from airflow, then clean hand-unit, lower-body, and charger contacts before judging the integrated battery.
