Model issues and repair guidance
Separate the bag chamber from the removable hose-and-wand path. Reseat the collar and filters, clear the nozzle and tube, and verify body suction before treating the cord reel or suction motor as the cause. When the bag indicator changes with the floor tool lifted, remove the nozzle, telescopic tube, and hose in sequence. A clear external path leaves bag pores, collar, motor filter, exhaust filter, and body seals to inspect.Compare canister, hose, wand, and passive nozzle; check bag and filters before reel, cord, switch, fan, or motor diagnosis. Remove nozzle, telescopic tube, and hose in sequence when the bag light rises; then inspect bag pores, collar, filters, and body seals.
