Remove the hand unit to divide body suction from the lower floor assembly. Weakness in both modes starts at the cup, filter, and shared inlet; lower-only loss stays with the brush and head connection. Empty the onboard tool compartment before checking whether its door or stored attachments obstruct body seating. Then compare detached suction with the lower LED nozzle and inspect the flexible neck and brush guide rod.Test direct handheld suction first, then reconnect the lower body to isolate its airway, roller, neck, and electrical joint.
