Model issues and repair guidance
A missing bottom hole plug can sharply reduce suction, so verify that seal before treating the three-speed controls or motor as faulty. Empty the spool-style cup, clean the separator and four filters, dry them fully, then test at the extension wand, hose handle, hose inlet, and detachable floor-foot neck. Replace a cracked hose rather than masking the leak. For total no power, inspect the plug and cord at a verified outlet; a passive floor tool does not justify belt repair.Check the bottom hole plug first, then empty the cup and clean, dry, and reseat the separator and filters. Compare wand, hose handle, inlet, and detachable foot-neck flow; replace a cracked hose. A dead unit starts at outlet and cord, not a belt path.
