Model issues and repair guidance
The narrower floorhead and shorter rear hose change where to split diagnosis in this base Helix version. Test suction at the 5-foot hose: weak flow there sends you to the cup, helix separator, washable filter, and hose; strong flow there sends you to the lower passage, 13-inch roll, belt, and height setting. Clear the removable wand on its own. Because the cord wraps on hooks, a storage complaint is not a cord-reel repair.Test at the 5-foot hose first. Weak flow sends diagnosis to cup, separator, filter, and hose; strong flow sends it to the lower passage, 13-inch brush, belt, and height setting. Clear the wand separately, and do not assign cord-reel repair.
