Model issues and repair guidance

A stopped self-cleaning roll and a loss of suction use different light-guided branches. Capture the flash pattern, detach the hand vacuum, and test pickup at its inlet before moving down the wand to the foot. Service the cup, separator, dried filters, foot hose, roll ends, and chamber in that order. If a powered upholstery tool fails while direct hand-vac suction remains, isolate that accessory rather than the main motor. Charge and battery testing follows a clear air path.Capture the flash pattern before disassembly, then test at the detached hand-unit inlet. Trace cup, separator, dry filters, wand, foot hose, roll ends, and chamber; test the powered upholstery tool apart from the main motor, and leave battery work until airflow is clear.
