Model issues and repair guidance

Read the lights before taking the stick apart: three flashes of the mode light with shutdown identify the documented clog/suction branch, while flashing foot lights with the rollers stopped indicate over-current protection. Lower the power setting on rugs or high pile before opening the foot. Then isolate the hand-vac inlet, dry filters, wand, foot hose, soft roll, standard roll, and geared drive. Test the removable battery and charger only after airflow is clear.Record the lights first: three mode-light flashes point to the clog branch, while flashing foot lights and stopped rolls indicate over-current protection. Lower power on thick rugs, then clear hand unit, filters, wand, foot hose, both rolls, and gears before battery tests.
