Model issues and repair guidance

Separate short runtime from an airflow shutdown by recording the charge lights before clearing the machine. Test at the detached hand-vac opening, then inspect the cup, separator, dry pre- and post-motor filters, wand, foot hose, and single roll. A roll that stops while the hand unit still pulls air belongs with the foot connection and brush chamber, not an immediate battery replacement. Only after the air path passes should charger output and battery seating be judged.Record charge and status lights before clearing the unit. Test the detached hand-vac opening, then cup, separator, dry filters, wand, foot hose, and roll. If hand suction remains while the brush stops, inspect the foot connection before charger or battery diagnosis.
