Model issues and repair guidance

This corded chassis removes battery uncertainty but adds a long lead that must be inspected separately from floorhead trouble. Compare suction at the hand unit, wand, and foot; then service the small bottom-empty cup, dry filters, lower hose, brush chamber, and electrical foot connection. If the roll stops on dense carpet, reduce power and retest after removing wrap. If the entire unit remains dead at a known-good outlet, follow the 27-foot cord, plug, and switch path.Compare hand-unit, wand, and foot suction before opening the corded stick. Service its cup, dry filters, lower hose, brush chamber, and head connection; retest dense carpet at lower power, and reserve plug, 27-foot lead, or switch checks for total no power.
